I’m a “Baby Boomer” born in the 1950’s. As a kid, I grew up in a typical middle class “Nuclear Family”. Like most kids of that time, I have numerous memories of the seemingly endless “Cold War” between the United States and former Soviet Union. And some of these memories are indelibly etched in my mind due to the significance or severity of the events that created them.
