On Aug. 19, 2011, several Pulaski County deputies were in the area of Hancock on a routine patrol mission; while on Burlington Road one deputy attempted to stop a vehicle and the vehicle began to flee.


On Aug. 19, 2011, several Pulaski County deputies were in the area of Hancock on a routine patrol mission; while on Burlington Road one deputy attempted to stop a vehicle and the vehicle began to flee.

 
A follow up investigation by the deputies led to an identification of two suspects, one male and one female, who had been in the vehicle during the pursuit.

On 8-21-2011 the deputies located and arrested the male driver of the vehicle on an active Pulaski County warrant for Tampering in the First Degree and sent a statement of probable cause to the Pulaski County Prosecutor requesting charges for the pursuit.
 
On 8-22-2011 a Pulaski County deputy arrested the female suspect on an active Pulaski County warrant for Tampering First Degree, a class C felony, from a Waynesville City Police case in July of 2011.
 
Jessica Rena Salvo, age 21, 21010 Laramie Road, St. Robert, Missouri one count of Tampering in the First degree.
 
James Ryan Johnson, age 27, 10700 Highway D, Dixon, Missouri, one count of Tampering in the First Degree, a class C felony, and one count of resisting arrest by fleeing, a class D felony.

Bond on each case was set at $10,000 and Johnson and Rena remains in the Pulaski County Jail pending the posting of bond.
