• Cook from scratch. According to the Clean Eating Club website, cooking from scratch takes time and planning, but it’s cheaper and healthier than buying pre-packaged meals. Pre-packaged foods are typically loaded with salt, sugar and calories.
Why should you attend?
There are four good reason to attend this nutrition class. Consumers will learn eating better means living longer; having more energy; healthier looking skin and weight loss. Consuming “clean” foods reduces cravings for sugar and fat according to the Clean Eating Club.
