Shirley Gillmore, 85, of Hancock, died at 9:33 p.m., Monday, March 26, 2012, in the Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla.
Born January 1, 1927, at Fort Scott, Kansas, a daughter of Bill and Eulah (Lynch) Quiring.
Married Sept. 22, 1946, at Columbus, Kan., to Ted Gillmore, who preceded his wife in death on March 29, 2002.
Survivors: One son, David Gillmore, Jamestown; two daughters, Patricia Copeland and Teresa Kelley, both of Hancock; one brother, Larry Quiring, Salem, OR; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation for Shirley Gillmore will be 5-6:45 p.m., Friday, March 30, 2012, in the Dixon Chapel of the Birmingham Martin Funeral Homes followed at 7 p.m. by a graveside service in the Dixon Cemetery.
