The Pulaski County Fair was packed full of fun and events Thursday. The second day of the fair included the crowning of the fair queen and the distribution of scholarships by the fair board as well as carnival rides, activities, the farmhand challenge and even a greased pig contest.
Families were able to attend the fair free of charge this year with the exception of paying for carnival rides. A big draw for many attendees was the farmhand challenge and greased pig contest. Children who caught a pig were awarded with a medal.
