A St. Robert was charged three felonies after allegedly kidnapping and raping a female victim earlier this month.
A St. Robert man was charged with three felonies after allegedly kidnapping and raping a female victim earlier this month.
According to the report from the Pulaski County assistant prosecuting attorney, 27-year old Jose Desantiago of St. Robert "unlawfully removed" the female victim and from Trinity Club, located at 512 Historic Route 66 in St. Robert, and "confined her without her consent for a substantial period for the purpose of sexual assault" on the Dec.5.
He then, according to the report, knowingly had sexual intercourse with the victim by the use of forcible compulsion.
Destantiago is also charged with armed criminal action and allegedly committed the felony of forcible rape with the assistance and aid of a deadly weapon.
Desantiago could face up to life in prison.
