Vino Alan fans packed into Area 151/ Skyy Bar on Friday night to see their favorite X-Factor star perform for the first time in Pulaski County since he was on the show.
Vino walked fans through his X Factor journey in the special storytelling-style concert. He started the show off strong by playing "Trouble," by Ray Lamontagne. the first song he ever played in front of the X Factor judges at the tryout rounds in Kansas City. He performed each of his songs from all of the rounds of X Factor, and gave dans behind-the-scene details of life on the show.
Throughout the show, Alan repeatedly thanked fans for all of their support and also made it a point to thank the troops for their sacrifices and duties. The concert was held on Area 151's Military Appreciation night, and the concert stage featured a purple heart.
Several well-known locals attended the concert, including Waynesville Mayor Luge Hardman, Vino Alan's mother, and Lisa Yenter (Wife of Commanding General Mark Yenter).
