  • Update: 2 of 3 fugitives are now in custody

  • Two of the three subjects listed in the Pulaski County's "Fugutives Wanted" news release Wednesday are now in custody.
    Within hours of the initial release, fugitive Kevin Keeling was apprehended in Waynesville without incident.

    Keeling has a “strong criminal background,” according to the sheriff's department and has felony drug charges out of Pulaski County.
    At approximately 10 a.m. Thursday morning, fugitive Ryan Kelley was arrested at a business in St. Robert, also without incident. A female accompanying fugitive Kelley was also arrested.

    Kelley was wanted for multiple felony warrants for burglary and firearm-related crimes. He was considered “armed and dangerous,” with a “strong criminal background.”

    All of these subjects are now in custody at the Pulaski County jail.

    The third subject, Stephen Klasing is considered armed and dangerous with a violent criminal background. He is a federal fugitive and has felony drug charges. The 31-year-old is 6’3" and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes, with multiple scars and gold-capped front teeth.
