Deputy delivers baby on I-44

When law enforcement officers report to work at the beginning of each shift, they never know what they are going to face over the course of the day. The odds are Phelps County Sheriff’s Deputy John Scott didn’t expect to be delivering a baby on the side of one of the busiest highways in Missouri, but he did just that.
