By scoring 58 points in the first half, the Dixon Bulldogs were well on their way to scoring 100-plus points at home, but the Osage offense wasn't too far behind in the first quarter.
Dixon opened with 26 points in the first quarter to take a slight 6-point lead over Osage. However, a 32-point second quarter pushed the Dixon lead to 21 at halftime and the Bulldogs put the hammer down for the rest of the contest.
Osage wrapped up the third quarter with an impressive 24 points, but the squad's dreadful defense allowed Dixon to jump out to an 89-61 lead heded into the fourth.
By then the game turned to gravy as Dixon finished with a season-high 108 points and ousted Osage by the score of 108-75.
Three players finished with 20-plus points led by senior forward Solomon Weider (35) and as a team the Bulldogs netted 14 three-pointers and shot 12-of-13 from the free throw line.
Dixon (13-6, 4-0) will play Licking at home on Friday at 6 p.m. Licking is also undefeated in Frisco Conference play.
