I’ve noticed that some writer’s are incredibly good at getting in the mind of their characters. For instance I’m reading Alice In Wonderland for fun and I had never noticed before how well Lewis Carroll gets into the mind of a child. Despite Alice being clearly a very smart child, her mind jumps around from one subject to the next quite frequently just a child’s would. She wonders one thing and then her mind jumps to something else. Even though she is a strange world, she navigates through it with an incredible since of logic, (or at least as logical as any child that age could.) At any rate I’m enjoying getting reacquainted with this wonderful classic and suggest it for anyone who’s considering reading it.
