The Janet's Wish Fund will be hosting a Poker Run this weekend, in memory of Janet Archibald.
The Janet's Wish fund has been established by Janet Archibald's friends and family to help provide acts of kindness for Lebanon area Hospice patients well into the future.
Karen Simpson-Neasby, Vice President of the Mercy Health Foundation, worked with family members to finalize the gift. "This endowment in honor of Janet is an inspiration to all of us," says Simpson-Neasby. "Janet and her family have touched so many lives."
The Poker Run starts at the Harley Davidson in Lebanon at 11 a.m. on June 29 at will end at the Shrine Club in Buckhorn. Registration starts at 10 p.m. Early registration costs $15, and $20 for the day of the event.
Proceeds will go toward Hospice patients in Laclede and Pulaski counties.
