A St. Robert man is set to appear in Pulaski County Court next week, facing multiple sodomy and sexual abuse charges.
According to Pulaski County Circuit Court documents, 34-year-old Brian Hurd has been charged with multiple counts of child molestation, sexual misconduct involving a child by indecent exposure, and statutory sodomy.
The probable cause statement, filed by Pulaski County Circuit Clerk Rachel Beasley, says that the incidents involved multiple victims who were younger than 17 years old and occurred between October, 2012 and March, 2013.
The probable cause statement alleges that Hurd forced one victim to sexually stimulate him while making her watch pornographic video. On the same date, according to the documents, Hurd forced his touched her inappropriately with his penis.
The probable cause statement alleges Hurd had shown a second victim pornographic videos and touched her genital area through clothing.
Court documents also state that Hurd is charged with statutory sodomy in the second degree for an incident that happened between Oct. 1 and Dec.1, 2012 involving a victim under the age of 17. The document states that Hud had "deviate sexual intercourse "with the victim by having her stimulate his penis.
The documents allege that Hurd knowingly exposed his genitals to a child less than 15 years old.
Hurd had previously been convicted of the crime of indecent exposure in Virginia in 1997.
Hurd recently waived his right to a preliminary hearing last week and is bound over for circuit court. He is set to appear in Pulaski County Court on July 3.
