The patrol stated that the Honda approached a slower-moving 2007 International tractor-trailer driven by Duane Harris, 53, of Sebring, Fla., , which were both traveling eastbound on I-44, when the Honda changed lanes and struck the trailer.
The Honda skidded across the interstate and traveled into the median.
