Fort Leonard Wood officials have identified a Soldier found unresponsive Sept. 10 in on-post lodging here.
Second Lt. Steven Coble, 25, of Detroit, Mich., was assigned to the 645th CS Group, Headquarters Detachment, Regional Support Group in Southfield, Mich. He was attending a one-week course offered by the U.S. Army Military Police School here at Fort Leonard Wood.
Coble was found unresponsive at about 10 a.m., Sept. 10, in on-post lodging and was pronounced deceased at the scene at 10:55 a.m., Sept. 10, by Dale Corn, General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital medical doctor.
Circumstances surrounding this incident are currently under investigation by the Army's Criminal Investigation Division.
This is the second soldier to be found unresponsive on Fort Leonard Wood in the last 30 days. On Aug. 29, Sgt. 1st Class Nathan Dolson Jr., 49, of Niagara Falls, N.Y., was found dead in a barrack's bathroom on post.
