  • Route 66 St. Patty's Fest to be held this weekend

  • Downtown Waynesville will be going green this Saturday for the third annual  Route 66 St Patty's Fest. All kinds of vendors will be taking over the Square and providing fun for the whole family.
    Here are a few things you will find on Saturday, and don't forget to wear your green!
    1) Activities for the kids: St. Patty's Fest is sure to provide fun for the whole family. There will be a bouncy house, karaoke contest, kids inflatables, and much more to keep the kids entertained.
    2) A variety of vendors participating: Whether you're in the mood for barbecue or traditional Irish food, St. Patty's Fest will be sure to satisfy your taste buds. Also, all sorts of businesses and organizations will have booths throughout the square, from beauty shops to churches, this event will keep the whole family busy.
    3) Entertainment for the whole family: Attendees are invited to enter a karaoke contest and live music.
    4) Check out the businesses downtown: With most of the downtown businesses open, Saturday will be the perfect day to check out the Square. Be sure to take a tour of the Old  Stagecoach Stop and the Pulaski County Museum. Stop by and see all the new businesses in the Roubidoux Plaza.
