  • The Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood are slated to hold a retirement ceremony for 30 Soldiers with a combined total of more than 650 years of military service.
    The ceremony is scheduled at 3 p.m., Thursday in Fort Leonard Wood's Lincoln Hall Auditorium.
    Brig. Gen. Maria Gervais, U.S. Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear School commandant, and Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Aldenberg, 3rd Chemical Brigade command sergeant major, will preside over the ceremony.
    The cumulative time of service deployed on combat tours for all those retiring equals almost 600 months, totaling some 50 years spent serving our nation separated from family and loved ones.
    These Soldiers deployed to Afghanistan, Bosnia, Iraq, Kosovo, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Somalia.
