Pulaski County Commission
The Pulaski County Commission will meet from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 14, in the county courthouse. Agenda items include a 10 a.m. meeting of the Pulaski County Board of Equalization to address challenges to tax assessments.

Waynesville R-VI School Board Retreat
The Waynesville R-VI School Board will hold a board retreat on Monday, July 14, at the Hornet’s Nest room at Zeno’s in Rolla. Agenda items include departure from Waynesville at 5 p.m., arriving at Zeno’s at 5:30 p.m., and a strategic planning meeting from 5:45 to 8:30 p.m. with a working dinner at 6 p.m., a closed session for personnel matters, and adjournment at 8:30 p.m.

Crocker City Council
The Crocker City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 14, in city hall. Agenda items include comments by visitors including Crocker R-II School Superintendent Jim Bogle and school board member Don Mayhew; reports from the parks department, city administrator, police chief and fire district, and superintendent of public works; a mayoral report; council comments; unspecified old business; unspecified new business; and a closed session for legal and personnel matters.

Swedeborg R-III School Board
The Swedeborg R-III School Board will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 14, in the school auditorium. Agenda items include old business of a tire workday update, new administrator’s financial workshop, summer school update, transportation, safety, preschool, and a full audit and workshop reminded; new business of setting the date for a tax rate hearing, a music teacher opening, and approval of a discipline program evaluation, board policy program evaluation, fuel bids, the parent/student handbook and the faculty handbook; other business; and a closed session for legal, personnel and student discipline matters.

Richland Utility Board
The Richland Utility Board will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 14, in city hall. Agenda items include visitors; old business; utility superintendent business including updates on water and natural gas; city administrator business; utility board member business including the bad debt list and wire bids; mayoral business; and a closed session for personnel, legal and real estate matters.

Pulaski County Sewer District
The Pulaski County Sewer District board will meet at noon on Tuesday, July 15, in the district offices located at 1106 Old Route 66 in St. Robert. Agenda items include comments by visitors; recurring reports by the manager, by the engineer on the Dry Creek project update and disposal of COTH wastewater treatment plants, by the attorney, and by the CPA/treasurer on financial reports, an adjustments report and an appeal group report; unspecified old business; new business including recognition of new trustee Mark Cortesini, election of officers, setting a regular board meeting schedule and to “retroactively bless the emergency purchase” of a $5,017 lagoon pump; and a closed session for legal matters, welfare cases of identifiable individuals and personnel.
St. Robert Finance Committee
The St. Robert Finance Committee will meet at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, in city hall. Agenda items considering an aquatic center consultant agreement and engineering contracts for the Missouri Avenue lighting project and for the St. Robert Boulevard walking trail project; a report from City Administrator Norman Herren; comments by committee members; and a closed session for legal, real estate or personnel matters.

Richland City Council
The Richland City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, in city hall. Agenda items include old business; visitors from the Pulaski County Humane Society; new business from the police department of an activity report, from the city attorney, from the aldermen of applying for a rural development grant, amending the 2007-08 fiscal year budget, approving an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter a municipal court automation agreement, and opening sealed bids for financial institutions, city attorney business of a grant application and the outlaw truck and tractor pull; mayoral business; and a closed session for personnel, legal and real estate matters.
