Community Recreation Board
The Community Recreation Board will meet at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, in St. Robert city hall. Agenda items include introduction of John Morrison’s replacement on the board, Josh Scott; citizen petitions and communications; reports by the recreation activity coordinator, board members, and committees; new business of baseball/softball after-action review and discussion and of fall soccer; comments by the chairman including a review of bylaws and Community Recreation Board historical data, and a program overview of the past, present and future; and a closed meeting for legal, real estate and personnel matters.

Pulaski County Commission
The Pulaski County Commission will meet in regular session from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Aug. 21, in the county courthouse. No items were on the agenda as of Tuesday evening’s deadline.

Sen. Frank Barnitz listening post
Sen. Frank Barnitz, D-Lake Spring, has announced that his district legislative assistant, Wilma Rowden of Vienna, will continue her listening posts in August at locations throughout the 16th Senate District. Rowden’s schedule includes a Thursday, Aug. 28, meeting with the Pulaski County Commission from 9 to 11 a.m. at the county courthouse in Waynesville.
