You can visit a museum, run a 5K, or see a dance show this weekend in Pulaski County.

1. 1903 Route 66 Courthouse Museum

Visit the Route 66 Courthouse Museum in Waynesville on the Square. The museum is one of only two remaining Route 66 period courthouses in Missouri and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Visitors can learn a lot about Pulaski County history, as well as Fort Leonard Wood, the Wire Road, Route 66, and the Friso Railroad in the surrounding area. The museum is open Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and admission is free.


2. Free 5K fun run/walk/bike

Saturday, April 22, beginning at 8 a.m. Walker Real Estate will be hosting a free 5K fun run, walk, or bike. It starts at 854 Missouri Ave. in St. Robert. Runners, walkers, joggers, strollers, bikers, kids, and dogs are all welcome. Donuts will be provided at the end of the run.


3. United All-Stars Showcase

Saturday, April 22, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Crocker High School the United All-Stars dancers will be putting on a showcase. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. The public is invited to attend. $3 admission for individuals over the age of five in order to help the dancers replace their uniforms.
