Seven charges have been filed against Ronald Hill in a sexual abuse case involving two male minors.
Ronald J. Hill, of Laquey, has been charged with multiple counts stemming from a sexual abuse case investigated by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department.
The charges include two counts of Child Molestation in the 1st. Degree, two counts of Statutory Sodomy in the 2nd Degree, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 1st Degree.
According to court records, Hill was given a $750,000 bond and Judge Colin Long recused himself from the case. The charges were filed Wednesday.
The probable cause statement filed in the case cites reports from two different alleged male victims reporting that they had a sexual relationship with Hill "from the ages of 13 to 17."
One of the males said, according to the probable cause statement, that "these sexual encounters happened constantly" and it was "hard for him to remember them all."
The detective reported in the probable cause statement that the reporting parties described multiple incidents of sexual acts with Hill.
According to the probable cause statement, the detective found a recording on the phone of one of the reporting parties from "a male who identified himself as" Hill carrying on a conversation about a sexual act the two allegedly engaged in.
"During the execution of the search warrant several items were seized that corroborated the victims statement," the detective reported in the probable cause statement.
It's also noted in the probable cause statement by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department detective that "a criminal history was conducted on Hill. The history revealed Hill had one prior arrest for deviate sexual assault in 1994."
A search of Missouri Case Net revealed that three protection orders have been filed and served on Hill recently. The orders were all filed on April 10, 2017 and were served April 17. A hearing has been scheduled on the protection orders for April 24 in Pulaski County Court with Judge Michael Headrick.
Additionally, Case Net says Hill "shall have no contact with minor children."
