Guillermo Jose Martinez-Castro, 35, has been charged with six counts related to the sexual assault of a female child less than 14 years-old.

According to the probable cause statement filed by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department (PCSD), the initial report was made July 1 when the reporting party alleges that they caught Martinez-Castro in the act of molesting the alleged victim.

The child was interviewed by Kids Harbor and disclosed that Martinez-Castro "had been assaulting her for approximately five years," the charging document reported.

According to the probable cause statement, the child reported that the incident in which Martinez-Castro was allegedly caught happened that morning when he first climbed into bed with her and then followed her when she left the room and returned.

The document goes on to further report that the alleged victim reported that "he pulled her down to the floor and got on all fours on top of her, pinning her down," before touching her in intimate places.

The PCSD detective reported that the alleged victim said that "she asked him to stop" during the assault.

When the reporting party walked into the room and allegedly discovered Martinez-Castro and the victim, the probable cause statement reports that the reporting party "asked what was going on."

Martinez-Castro allegedly answered, "You know what's going on."

The reporting party asked Martinez-Castro to leave and he allegedly apologized to both the reporting party and the alleged victim stating, "it wasn't her fault," according to the probable cause statement.

The charging document reported multiple sexual assaults by Martinez-Castro with varying levels of alleged penetration in addition to requesting that the child perform sexual acts on him.
