Pulaski County animal shelters are full of furry friends looking for a forever home, check out three that are available now.

Meet Lailah. She ended up losing her home through no fault of her own. Lailah had 8 puppies and was not wanted anymore. Most of her pups have found their forever homes and now she is ready to find her forever home as well. She is a Lab mix, approximately 2 to 3 years old and about 45 lbs. She is housebroken and walks on a leash. She does ok on car rides. Lailah does well with most dogs and doesn't pay much attention to my cat. She is a snuggle bug and has done well within our family setting. She takes a little longer to warm up some guys, likely some men might have not treated her well, she is an absolute yule to the right family.

Lailah is fully vetted, which includes spay, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea and tick treatment, microchip (registered for life), She has received a clean bill of health from the vet. Lailah's adoption donation is $120 to help offset the cost of vetting.
Lailah is fully vetted, she is micro chipped and registered for life, she is current on vaccine, heart worm tested negative and started on heart worm treatment, flea and tick treated and spayed.

Adoption Donation will be $120 to offset vet costs.

Mama Luna:

Mama Luna came in to our shelter with kittens, earlier this year. They have all been adopted, now she just needs to find a forever home. She is an easy going and very affectionate cat. She has a beautiful, medium length, soft coat and loves getting petted. Mama Luna is good with children and other cats.

Mama Luna's adoption donation is $75 which helps to cover the cost of her spay, feline leukemia test, vaccinations, dewormer, flea/tick preventative, and microchip (with lifetime registration). For more information about Mama Luna, please contact Loving Paws Adoption Center at 573-736-2088 or email us at lovingpawsadoptioncenter@gmail.com.
You can also stop by during opening hours and meet her in person!

Meet Blu! Blu was an owner surrender due to landlord issues. He is about 5 months old. He has been fostered in a home with other cats and large dogs.  It took a couple days to stop hissing at the dogs, but then he was great! :)  This sweet baby LOVES to snuggle and play!  Blu would benefit greatly from another playful kitty in the house.  Though not kid tested, he is very tolerant and sweet and would most likely be great with respectful kids :)

Blu's adoption fee helps cover his neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines, testing for leukemia & FIV (neg/neg), deworming and flea prevention.
