Marian Fiatte, of Crocker, is charged with the class B felony of assault after allegedly assaulting a man and holding a knife to his throat.
According to the probable cause statement, the arresting officer made contact with the victim who stated he was with Marian Fiatte and two unidentified females at a nightclub on Hwy 17, in Buckhorn.
The victim wrote in a voluntary statement that “some guy, up the road from his house, punched Mary Fiatte in the face while she was drunk.”  
The victim’s statement continued to say the group decided to leave before “something else happened.” The victim, Fiatte and two unidentified females left in the same vehicle, according to the probable cause statement.
He added that while they were leaving, he was “talking Mary out of going back and ‘killing’ the guy,” with the knife she allegedly had in her hand.
The victim stated they made it to a gas station when Fiatte struck him on the side of the head. He said he made it outside the vehicle and called his sister, but when he got off the phone, Fiatte grabbed him by the arm and pulled him back inside the vehicle.
According to the probable cause statement, the victim, Fiatte and the two females traveled down Hwy 17 and pulled over at the nightclub. One of the women allegedly opened the door and pulled on him while Fiatte pushed him out of the vehicle.
The victim said, according to the probable cause statement, that the females “proceeded to slap his head off the ground, then put him on his back.” Fiatte then allegedly sat his on chest and put her forearm on his throat while one of the other female had her feet on his arm. He stated Fiatte punched him two to three more times on the right side of his head, then picked him up and placed him back inside the vehicle and held him at knife point.
The victim stated, according to the probable cause statement, that he heard Fiatte say they should kill him before driving him back to his house.
The officer wrote in his report that he observed blood on the victim’s right knee and his face. Medics saw to him and determined he had a cut to his knee, and a lump and cut near the top of his head.
For the charges she has been presented with, Marian Fiatte faces 10-30 years in a Missouri correctional facility.
