Reader favorite Roald Dahl’s birthday is this month, September 13th, and the Crocker Library is recognizing his contributions to generations of readers’ imaginations.

Each Friday this month at 1:30, the afternoon movie will be one of Dahl’s stories. We’re planning to show Matilda, James and the Giant Peach, and The BFG, for starters. The Crocker Librarians are also holding a contest to match the Dahl villain to the story. Visit the Crocker Library to see what it’s all about!

Also, find lots of Roald Dahl books, ebooks, audiobooks, and dvd’s in our library catalog!

Libraries Closed for Training

Waynesville Library is closed Monday, Sept. 4th, for Labor Day.

The libraries in Crocker, Richland, and Waynesville will also close this Wednesday, September 6th, at noon, for staff training. We’ll reopen with regular hours on Thursday, the 7th, at 9:00 a.m.
