A stabbing incident in the Crocker area has left one dead and police looking for witnesses.

Media release Brewer Road Stabbing Second Up Date    Crocker, Missouri    The Pulaski County Sheriff would like to release updated information concerning the Brewer Road Stabbing incident from November 3, 2017. First is the issue of the two potential  witnesses who left the scene of the stabbing incident prior to the arrival  of the deputies. A possible female witness driving a white  vehicle who had been sought by deputies since the incident occurred has been  located and interviewed. Deputies are still searching for a potential  white male witness, William “Billy” Curtman of Crocker who left  the scene of the stabbing incident prior to the arrival of the  deputies. Mr. Curtman is a possible witness to the incident and is not  a suspect.    Second, some confusion has developed  due to the pursuit of a stolen vehicle that was initiated by the St. Robert  Police Department during the same general time frame as the stabbing  incident. Pulaski County Deputies assisted the St. Robert Police  during this pursuit. These two incidents are not related to each other.    Sheriff Jimmy Bench     Media Release   Stabbing Incident   Crocker, Missouri       On November 3, 2017, shortly after 9:00pm, Pulaski County deputies responded to a reported stabbing incident which had occurred at 23915 Brewer Road in Crocker, Missouri. Upon arrival at the scene the deputies found one male subject deceased from knife wounds. A second male subject who was at the scene admitted he had stabbed the man during an altercation on the front porch of the residence. This subject was taken into custody and a statement of probable case was sent to the Pulaski County Prosecutor requesting charges.   At this time the deceased subject will not be identified because not all of his immediate family members have been notified of his death. The suspect will not be identified until charges have been filed.   Witnesses to the incident left the scene prior to the arrival of the deputies and they have not yet been located and questioned so many details of the incident are unknown.
