The St. Robert Board of Aldermen met Tuesday, November 21. After the consent agenda was approved, new business was discussed and upcoming committee meetings were scheduled. Items on the agenda included requests for approval of public works equipment, and pole barn fees, and suite H fees.
Mayor George Lauritson, Alderman Theresa Cook, Alderman Linda Daniels, Alderman Allan Johannsen, Alderman Michael Myers, Alderman John Moore, and Alderman Todd Williams were present. Alderman Reggie Hall and Alderman Charles Slider were absent.

New equipment for Public Works Department
Ordinance 3148 and Ordinance 3149 approved the purchase of a cabin chassis and dump body and hoist for the Public Works Department.
2. Pole Barn and Suite H Fees
Ordinance 3150 approved the amendment of appendix A of the St Robert City code.
The supplement to appendix A includes rental and deposit fees for the Pole Barn and Suite H (located in the municipal building).
Pole Barn Rental Fees:
All applicants, including non profit organizations and St. Robert City employees, are required to pay a $75.00 refundable deposit for each reservation made. Deposits are due at the time of reservation.
The rental fee for use of the Pole Barn is $75.00 per day.
Suite H Rental:
All applicants, including non profit organizations and St. Robert City employees, are required to pay a $50.00 refundable deposit for each reservation made. Deposits are
due at the time of reservation.
Rental fee for 4 hours is $35.00
Rental fee for 8 hours is $50.00
3. Aviation Project Consultant Agreement
Ordinance 3151 approved aviation project consultant agreement between the City of St Robert, the City of Waynesville, and Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly, Inc.
The project consultant will perform professional services to complete project 17-057B1 at the Waynesville/St. Robert Regional Airport.
Construct parallel taxiway to runway 14-32.
Construct fuel access road.
