There are lots of things going on in Pulaski County libraries including visits from Santa, meetings, and more.

Crocker Library Happenings

Santa is at the Crocker Library! Saturday, December 2nd from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., visit the Crocker Library for a FREE picture with the Jolly Old Elf himself! We’ll have snacks and crafts while you wait. Kids of all ages are welcome to sit on Santa’s lap and get your FREE picture taken. Printed pictures will be available for pick-up at the library the following week. You are also welcome to take a picture with your own phone or camera.

Kids – Be sure to come to our upcoming Dinner and a Movie, Fridays at 1:30 p.m. after early-out at school. December 8th we’ll be showing Ernest Saves Christmas and December 15th we’ll watch The Christmas Star. We serve a tasty meal along with the movie, like hot dogs or mac and cheese. All kids welcome!


Richland Friends of the Library

Saturday, December 2nd – 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Richland Friends of the Library are holding their first ever Funky Junk Sale! Come to the Richland Library Community Room and shop the treasures! We’ll have gently used items at a variety of tables, everything from clothes, scarves, toys, and even books. Concessions will also be available. Don’t miss it!


Waynesville Friends of the Library

Saturday, December 2nd – 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – The Waynesville Friends of the Library’s “Eclectic Readers Book Club” will meet at the Waynesville Library to discuss our current selection, “Hogfather” by Terry Pratchett. Join us, even if you haven’t read the book. We always have a lively discussion! Next month’s meeting in January 20th at 3:00 p.m. and we’ll discuss “Never Caught” by Erica Armstrong Dunbar.
