A fun, unique, night will be happening right under our noses in Pulaski County next week. The Drama and Art students at Richland High School will be entertaining the community with a murder mystery dinner theater.
The show will feature characters from "Alice in Wonderland" and a full course meal is available to those interested in partaking of the meal. If you don't want a meal, but still want to see the show, that's okay and tickets are available for that too.
The cast of characters includes Alice- Olivia Daugherty, Mad Hatter- Austin Edwards, Queen of Hearts- Alice Thompson, White Rabbit - Katherine Myers, Mary Anne- Dana Long, Cheshire Cat - Meghan Armistead, “Ace” Executioner- Josiah Wonder, Tweedledum- Ryan Rosa, Duchess- Amanda Harrison, Cook- Alexis Shea, and Dormouse- Michael Kaiser. The production is directed by Mrs. Luttrell and stage hands include Hana Muse, Clayton Gregory, Parker Rhodes, Trey Poynter, and Harley Phinney.
The "murder" takes place at a tea party where all the characters are in attendance. Can you figure out who the murderer is?
Seats in the stands are $5 for adults and $3 for children (four-years-old and under are free) dinner tickets are $15 a person or $100 for a table of eight. The meal will be provided by the Richland F.A.C.S. class. The last day to buy dinner tickets is March 5. Light concessions will be available to those choosing to sit in the stands.
The show will be held March 8 at the Richland High School Gym and the doors will open at 5:30 p.m.. The show starts at 6 p.m.
