The Pulaski County Library District hosted their annual Easter event this past Wednesday at the Waynesville library. Numerous families gathered in the library to partake in the “egg-travaganza.” The event attracted a much larger audience than previous years. The Waynesville library staff hosted craft time and an egg hunt. During craft time, little ones participated in making their own Easter egg hunt bags and coloring Easter bunny pictures. Afterwards, the hunt for eggs began. Countless eggs were placed inside the library; on shelves, behind books and scattered along the floor. The pre-filled eggs consisted of rubber toys and candy. Children ran around the library collecting as many eggs as they could find. They finally gathered in excitement when the Easter bunny made an appearance and posed for pictures.
