With the Frisco League Conference Meet coming up in a couple weeks, nearly all of the Frisco League junior high and middle school teams traveled to Vienna on Thursday.

The boys side of the meet was won by the Bland Bears, who scored 130 points. The Dixon Bulldogs placed second with a score of 90 and the Crocker Lions were third with 88.5 points. The Richland Bears placed fourth in the meet with 64 points.

The girls division was won by the Iberia Lady Rangers, who scored 121 points. Crocker placed second with 114 points while the Richland Lady Bears scored 93 in the meet. The Dixon girls were able to place fourth with 71 points on the night. 

Boys

The Dixon Bulldogs started with the 100m dash where Dillon Haag placed third with a time of 13.54. Justin Skyles from Dixon placed fourth in the meet with a time of 13.60. Solan from Dixon was able to win the 75 meter hurdles with a time of 13.75.

White won the 200 meter dash with a strong time of 26.02 and Riley Solan from Dixon placed second with a time of 27.59. The Richland Bears were able to win the 400 meter dash with a fast time of 1:02.71 from Noah Johnson. Dillion Haag placed second with a 1:03.04. David Carringer placed fourth with a time of 1:05.22 in the 400 meter run.

The Richland Bears Hunter Reed won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:37.98 while Jack McCain from crocker was able to place third in the meet with a run of 2:40.32. Landon Reah from Dixon was able to hang on and finish fourth with his time of 2:41.47. The Stoutland Tigers placed third in the 1200 meter run with a time of 4:03.39 by Bradley Shaw.

The Crocker Lions placed second in the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 54.77 while the Iberia Rangers placed third with a run of 57.79. The Newburg boys ran 59.44 and placed fourth. The Dixon boys were able to win the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:53.46 while the Richland Bears were the runner up with a time of 1:56.42. Iberia was third with a time of 1:57.18 in the race.

The Stoutland Tigers were able to place fourth in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 5:13.39. The Crocker boys came in second in the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 11:24.43 while the Newburg Wolves placed third with a time of 12:09.80. The Dixon Bulldogs came in fourth with their run of 12:14.24.

Gunner Pound of Newburg won the Shot Put with a throw of 39’00”. Nathan Routh from Crocker placed third with a throw of 33’00” in the event. Pound also won the discuss with his throw of 101’01”.

Richland’s Johnson won the high jump with a jump of 5’2”, while Carter Orson from Crocker was the runner up with his jump of 5’0”. Eli Birdsong won the pole vault with a jump of 5’6”.

Reed from Richland won the long jump with a leap of 16’3”, while Solan placed second with his jump of 15’11”. Carringer from the Lions won the triple jump with a leap of 32’00.50’. Haag from Dixon was the runner up with a jump of 30’11” and Johnson of Richland came in third with his leap of 30’07”.

Girls

The girls 100 meter spring was won by the Iberia Lady Rangers’ Harper Rollins, who ran 13.90 in the race. Richlands Breah Morris was the runner up with a run of 14.58 and Dixon’s Rebecca Albritton was very close to her with a time of 14.59.

The Dixon Bulldogs Montgomery won the 75 meter hurdles with her time of 13.88. Kaylee Gambill was the runner up for the Lady Lions with her time of 14.21. Ashton from Iberia ran 14.47 to place third in the race. The Lady Lions Abigail Helton was just behind her with a time of 14.48 in the hurdles.

The Lady Ranger had two girls in the top two spots of the 200 meter dash. Rollins won with a time of 29.03 and Chloe Ashton ran 30.92. The Lady Bears Arainana Jones placed third with a time of 31.18 and Claire Affolter from Newburg placed fourth with a time of 31.43 in the race.

Jones from Richland won the 400 with a time of 1:10.57 while fellow Lady Bears Hana Muse ran 1:15.83 to earn third place. Lauren Hodge from Iberia placed fourth in the meet.

The Crocker Lady Lions win the 800 meter dash with a time of 3:00.81 while the Lady Tigers Bethany Kincaid ran 3:08.82 in the meet. Morgan Ventris placed third with a time of 3:10.66 and Melody Gan captured fourth with a time of 3:12.31 in the meet.

Crocker captured the top two spots in the 1200 meter run with Eubank winning with a time of 4:43.55 and Gan ran 4:55.70. Kincaid from Stoutland placed fourth with a time of 4:58.63 in the race.

The Lady Rangers won the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 58.34 while the Lady Wolves placed second with a time of 59.90 in the relay. The Crocker girls placed third with the time of 1:02.54 and The Lady Bears ran a time of 1:02.88.

The Lady Bears won the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 2:06.14 while the Lady Lions were the runner up with their time of 2:13.16. The Lady Rangers ran a time of 2:17.72 to give them a third place finish.

The Newburg girls ran the 4x400 meter relay in 5:22.71 to earn first in the meet. The Lady Lions team placed fourth with a time of 5:53.72. The Lady Tigers won the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 12:48.48 while the Lady Lions were the runner up with the time of 12:49.22. The Lady Bears placed fourth in the relay.

The Lady Rangers took the top two spots in the shot put. Natalie Plemmons threw 30’05.5’ and Lexie Carmach threw 28’10”. The Lady Bulldogs Gabby Heltz threw 28’09” and placed third. The Lady Bears Macie Ragland placed fourth with a throw of 26’10”.

The Lady Rangers again had the top two spots in the Discus with Carmack throwing 70’07” and Plemmons getting a 61’06” toss. Ragland from Richland place third and threw the disc 56’11” while Sierra Vantichelt threw the disc 55’11” for fourth place.

The Lady Bulldogs Albritton won the high jump with a leap of 4’04” while the Lady Rangers placed second with a jump of 4’02”. The Crocker Lady Lions placed third and fourth with Megha Campise jumped 4’02” and Ashlynn Worstell jumped 5’10”.

The Lady Wolves Claire Affolter placed second in the pole vault with a jump of 5’00”. The Newburg girls Halle Roach placed fourth in the meet with a leap of 5’00” also.

The Lady Rangers Ashton won the long jump with a leap of 13’06” while Taylor Brookshire from Newburg place second in the event with a jump of 12’07”. Cora Twyman placed fourth with a leap of 12’2”.

The Lady Bears Jone won the triple jump with a leap of 28’00” while the Lady Lions Campise took second with a jump of 24’10”. The Lady Bulldogs placed third and fourth in the event with a 24’09.25” from Montgomery Keck and a 23’11” jump from Kylie Doyle.
