A lot is going on this weekend from the county fair to a festival, there is something to do this weekend. Check out one of the events and take your friends and family.
Pulaski County Regional Fair
While it starts Wednesday, June 13, you can attend the last day of the fair on Saturday. The Pulaski County Regional Fair again this summer for a few days. From carnival rides to classic games, there is something for everyone. As always, entry to the fair grounds is free but you will need to pay to play games or enter the attractions. It’s all up to you on what you decide to do at the fair from plying games to just eating, drinking and people watching. The Pulaski County Fair opens at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and close at 11 p.m. On Saturday, June 16, the fairgrounds open earlier at noon and close at 11:30 p.m.
Another yearly tradition in Waynesville, Freedom Fest is back on June 16. Another family fun event, guests can enjoy carnival games, food and drinks on the Square in Waynesville. Event goers can also check out the vendors that will have handmade crafts and other items for sell, community and church organizations and more. Kids (and adults too) may play games and kids may run around the inflatables. Stores will also be open for business on the Square too. The event is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Of course, entry is free.
USO Motorcycle Ride
Motorcycle enthusiast and riders have a fun event geared towards them in Lebanon on Saturday, June 16. Registration starts at 10 a.m., so you don’t have to pre-register for the ride. There is a fee of $15 dollars to participate, but all proceeds go to the Fort Leonard Wood USO. Bikers will depart at noon and will ride from Lebanon to St. Robert, ending at the Pulaski County Regional Fair. After the ride, a presentation to the Fort Leonard Wood USO will also take place.
