Richland’s Shady Dell Park will host another year of the Tri-County Fair from June 27th through June 30th.

The Tri-County Fair carnival will be open daily from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Armbands will be sold for $15 each.

The rabbit, poultry, hog, and lamb shows along with the greased pig contest and a gospel concert and comedy show featuring the Larry DeLawder Family will start the fair off on Wednesday, June 27th.

The Sleeper Lawn Tractor Pull will start at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 28th. Admission to the event is $2 per person and those aged 12 and under are free.

On the morning of Friday, June 29th, the market steer show, bucket calf show, beef showmanship, and heifer show will begin in order at 10 a.m. The Mid Missouri Truck and Tractor Pulling Association will host the truck and tractor show that evening at 7 p.m. Adult admission is $10 per person. Children 12 and under are free.

The fair will conclude on Saturday June 30th with a livestock auction at 11 a.m., car show at 2 p.m., and horse show at 5 p.m. Admission to the horse show is $2 per person. Children 12 and under are free.

Winners of the 2018 Tri-County Fair Queen Pageant will be crowned on Saturday, June 23rd at the Richland High School. The winners will reign over the fair activities during the week of the fair. The Fair Queen winner will be eligible to run in the Missouri State Fair Queen Contest in August.
