Luis Semidey received the Fighting Mules Excellence and Superior Cadet Decoration awards a the University of Central Missouri during the Reserve Officer Training Corps awards reception April 5. Semidey, son of Carlos and Nancy Semidey of Waynesville, is a freshman at UCM majoring in special education.
