Representatives from the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital invite all eligible TRICARE Prime beneficiaries to attend “The Choice is Yours” town hall meeting at 3 p.m. June 30.
The open forum will take place on the installation at Baker Theater and will offer guidelines for selecting a primary health care manager.
The forum will include representation from the TriWest Health Care Alliance, Fort Leonard Wood's TRICARE contract administrator.
“The Choice is Yours” campaign has been in place since June 1, and provides beneficiaries the opportunity to switch to a civilian TRICARE network physician for added convenience.
TRICARE Prime beneficiaries who choose a civilian network physician can still obtain prescriptions and have radiology procedures performed at Fort Leonard Wood.
Since the start of the campaign, more than 700 beneficiaries have elected a civilian TRICARE provider as their primary care manager.
