A domestic dispute on Hardwood Lane off of Y Highway Wednesday night caused a response from Pulaski County Sheriff's Department, St. Robert Police Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Pulaski County Emergency Response Team.

One fatality in fire on Hardin Lane

A fire in the 15000 block of Hardin Lane, formerly Gospel Ridge Road, claimed the life of a 55-year-old man Monday, according to Pulaski County Coroner Mikel Hartness.

As of press time, Hartness had not released the name of the victim, pending notification of family.

Charges to be filed in theft

Charges could come this week, possibly today, in the alleged theft of $50,000 from the Waynesville School District, according to Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman's office.
