Waynesville, Mo. —
A third suspect surrendered to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, Feb. 7, and was arrested for alleged sex crimes.
The suspect was Dvante Qujan Williams, 18, of St. Robert. Williams was booked into the Pulaski County Jail and remains there pending the posting of a $250,000 bond.
