Three Pulaski County teenagers stand accused of sex crimes after an investigation by the Pulaski County Special Victims Unit.
Ned Everett Gordon, 18, of Waynesville, Dvante Qujan Williams, 18, St. Robert and Andre L. Shephard, Jr., 17, of Devils Elbow each face charges of forcible sodomy and deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion. According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, Gordon, Williams and Shepherd were involved in a Jan. 27, incident at an unidentified home on Route Y that involved a 14-year-old girl.
During a forensic interview with investigators at Kids Harbor in St. Robert, the victim explained that she was unable to resist Gordon, Williams and Shephard's advances because she was intoxicated.
Sheriff J.B. King declined to release any additional information on the arrests due to "the nature of the incident."
Gordon, Williams and Shephard each have $250,000 bonds from the Pulaski County jail.
They were arrested on Thursday. Gordon has a bond reduction hearing scheduled on Wednesday.
Shephard appeared in court on Monday and entered a not guilty plea and Williams remains in jail pending the posting of bond.
