Neil Anderson, geophysics professor at Missouri University of Science and Technology, explains how the ground-penetrating radar equipment works Sunday at the Pulaski County Poor Farm Cemetery. Anderson and several geophysics students from the university visited the Poor Farm Cemetery to locate unmarked graves using the radar equipment. It is estimated that there are about 100 graves in the cemetery, but only 25 have been identified in previous attempts. Anderson said it would take several weeks to go through the data, but a plot map would be given to the Pulaski County Historical Society by mid-October.
