ST. ROBERT— Community House of Prayer (C-HOP), a public place of prayer located at 216 Old Route 66 in St. Robert, dedicated to honoring Jesus Christ, will celebrate its Grand Opening at 5 p.m. today.
Finger food and beverages will be available for early attendees, with live music and corporate prayer beginning around 6 p.m. Worship in dance, led by Meri Wrest, will follow corporate prayer.
Praise and worship music will be provided by community youth led by Kim Williams.
Now offering wireless Internet service, C-HOP is conducive to study, personal prayer, corporate prayer and fellowship, your choice. C-HOP is open to everyone who seeks a positive prayer experience. The schedule during the rest of the Grand Opening weekend is as follows:
Friday, July 31, 1-9 p.m. -- Starts with low-key time of prayer, followed by live music by musicians Cindy and Gerry Frank beginning at 7 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 2, 5-9 p.m. -- The evening prayer will highlight unity in praise and worship. At 7 p.m. we transition to corporate prayer, accompanied by live music led by Jansen Cheek.
Monday, Aug. 3, 5-9 p.m. -- Early evening (5-7 p.m.) will feature individual prayer, with a powerful time of corporate prayer beginning at 7 p.m. Music will be led by the Rock of Ages praise team.
