Carol Ann Smith, 68, of St. Robert,  passed away Friday, Jan.15, 2010, in the Life Care Center of Waynesville.
 
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22, in the Grace Covenant Christian Center of Waynesville. Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory.
