Robert “Bob” Payne, 65, of Richland, passed away Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010, in St. John’s Medical Center in Springfield.
Funeral is at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 4, in the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
Burial with military honors will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery of Richland.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb.3, at the funeral home.
