Minnie L. Ruggs, 58, of St. Robert, passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, at Barnes-JewishHospital, St. Louis, and transitioned to her new home not made with hands.
Visitation is at 10 a.m., with funeral services at 11 a.m., Sunday, March 7, at Divine Deliverance Church Ministries, Waynesville, under direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
