Frank James Phinney, 87, of Laquey, a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class and WWII and Korean War Veteran, passed away Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, in Christian Health Care Center, North, Lebanon.
Funeral is at 10 a.m., in Memorial Chapel and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial with military honors will follow in Buckhorn Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, in the funeral home.
