- Public Affairs Officer shows how each will have a tornado safe room incorporated in the downstairs half bath built according to Federal Emergency Management Agency standards. The tornado room is put in first ahead of everything else.Fort Leonard Wood officials celebrated the delivery of 40 homes built to replace those destroyed in the EF-3 tornado that struck the installation New Year's Eve day 2010.
